Do you offer catering?
Yes! We partner with select local caterers who know our venue inside and out. To ensure exceptional quality and seamless service, we require choosing from our curated list of preferred caterers for all packages. :)
What’s your alcohol policy?
Beer and wine service must be provided through Honeysuckle Hill ($27 per person) with one bartender per 50 guests. Hard liquor is welcome but requires a North Carolina ABC permit – we’ll guide you through the 60-day application process. All spirits must be purchased in NC, and professional bartenders are required for any alcohol service.
What are the decoration guidelines?
We welcome your creative vision! Candles in glass containers, sparklers, and most decor elements are allowed. For your safety and our historic spaces, we don’t permit wall attachments, confetti, or unapproved special effects. Ask about our uplighting and cold spark add-ons for extra magic.
How much time do we get?
Your celebration includes 10 full hours of venue access, giving you plenty of time to relax and enjoy every moment. This allows for a stress-free setup, plenty of photo opportunities, and a full reception celebration. Want to keep the party going? Additional hours after 10 PM are available for $350/hour, though many couples choose to continue their celebration at one of downtown Asheville’s nearby venues.
What about parking and transportation?
Location is everything! Our meadow provides ample parking, and being just 7 minutes from downtown Asheville means easy access to transportation options. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft run frequently to our property, and we’re happy to recommend local shuttle services for larger groups. Unlike more remote mountain venues, you won’t have to worry about difficult access or lengthy travel times.
Do you handle setup and cleanup?
Yes! Our experienced team manages all the logistics from start to finish. We coordinate setup of tables, chairs, decor, and vendor installations, then handle all cleanup afterward. This means you and your loved ones can focus entirely on celebrating without worrying about any behind-the-scenes details.
